      Can I use PURE PIGMENT PLUS on overly bleached/lightened hair that no longer is able to hold on to any toners?

      Yes!

      The more damaged the hair is, the more you will find FRAMCOLOR PURE PIGMENT PLUS locks into the hair. In addition, the lightened/porous hair will not have to undergo another oxidative color process that uses peroxide and will result in superior condition and shine.
