# Does framesi color expire?

## No, framesi FRAMCOLOR hair color does not have an expiration date.

The product shelf life for framesi FRAMCOLOR hair color is indefinite.

The Activator/Developer shelf life is five years after opening.

The date displayed on the product packaging is the production date. Due to new European regulations, all products manufactured must list the production date after the lot (batch) number. This date is not the expiration date but the actual date the product is produced.
