      In looking at the FRAMCOLOR 2001 INTENSE numbering system, why is a “0” included in most of the shades?

      FRAMCOLOR 2001 INTENSE uses a “0” to designate the intensity of the shades.

      For example, 4.066 is an extreme, INTENSE violet. The INTENSE Naturals have two “0” (6.00).
