Why do I get only 1 level of lift on some clients when using FRAMCOLOR 2001 LIGHT&SHINE, but up to 3 levels on others?

The amount of lift you achieve with FRAMCOLOR 2001 LIGHT&SHINE is directly related to the amount of previous color build-up on the hair.

Depending on the amount of color on the hair, different levels of lift are achieved.  If there is a build-up of previous color on the hair, especially of home color, the LIGHT&SHINE highlights may not be as noticeable.  There are many demi-permanent and semi-permanent colors that cause a build-up on the hair that is very difficult to lighten, even if using straight bleach.
