The conditioning properties of FRAMESI COLOR LOVER PRIMER 11 allow a more even porosity, which will result in the evenest hair color all along the hair shaft.  FRAMESI COLOR LOVER PRIMER 11 can also be used as a pre-wrap before a permanent wave.  If the hair is extremely damaged, the Quinoa Protein, vitamins and emollients will detangle and penetrate hair with moisture and shine, enhancing it with strength, allowing it to accept hair color or permanent waves more successfully.
