# When using FRAMCOLOR Eclectic, does the porosity and texture of the hair affect the processing time?

## Does the amount of processing time change with hair porosity and texture?

With any haircolor service, porosity and texture can affect the processing time.  The pool of active ingredients that make up the Encapsulated Complex protect the hair, especially the porous areas, resulting in even, long-lasting colors that are true to level.
