I'm having issues with FRAMCOLOR Eclectic 5ME + 5NE not producing the expected refresh results. What went wrong?
When refreshing faded ends, it is not necessary to add Natural Series or Brown-based colors to tone down the FRAMCOLOR Eclectic reds. Using 5ME straight will result in the most vibrant, mahogany purple color. To reduce the intensity, simply add OE to soften the color but still maintain its vibrancy and shine. If gray coverage is desired, simply add a small amount of NE or HCE at lighter levels (for example 7HCE or 7NE to the 5ME + 0E formula). Because of the very strong violet tones, adding anything else that contains violet results in darkening.
