      No.  FRAMCOLOR 2001 LIGHT&SHINE is not recommended to be used on pre-lightened hair.  This product is designed to lift tinted hair in only 20 minutes, in one single step, without the need to use bleach.   Any of the colors of FRAMCOLOR FUTURA or FRAMCOLOR 2001 system would give superior, longer-lasting results on pre-lightened hair.
