FRAMCOLOR 2001 LIGHT&SHINE contains two types of dyes, oxidative and direct, nestled in a conditioning, coconut oil vegetable base.  When processed with 40 volume developer for 20 minutes under a dryer, one to three levels of lift can be achieved on color-treated hair.
