Why are uneven color results from root to ends sometimes achieved when using FRAMCOLOR 2001 LIGHT&SHINE?

Porosity is a factor in the evenness of the final color when lifting color-treated hair.

A client with very dark ends due to build-up of color sometimes will not process evenly from root to end.  The ends may not lighten to the same level and brightness as the shaft.  Sometimes, the porous ends may grab the very vibrant base of the FRAMCOLOR 2001 LIGHT&SHINE color.  Therefore, applying a conditioner which acts as a barrier can help diminish some of these uneven results.
