I am allergic to permanent hair color. Can I use FRAMCOLOR 2001 LIGHT&SHINE?

If you are allergic to permanent color, you cannot use FRAMCOLOR 2001 LIGHT&SHINE.

If you are allergic to permanent color, you cannot use this color.  This color contains the same dyes found in all permanent color.  Though FRAMCOLOR 2001 LIGHT&SHINE is not applied directly to the scalp, the color still touches the scalp when being rinsed from the hair.
