      FRAMCOLOR 2001 LIGHT&SHINE was designed to add highlights to color-treated hair without the need to pre-lighten, in one single 20-minute step.  Any of the FRAMCOLOR FUTURA or 2001 colors will result in optimum highlights for virgin hair.
