      If I’m out of FRAMCOLOR Eclectic 6NE, can I just mix 5NE with Eclectic Clear(OE) to obtain 6NE?

      For the best results, mix equal parts 5NE + 7NE.

      Adding FRAMCOLOR Eclectic Clear does not lighten the final color level, but lessens the deposit of that color, making the final result the same level but with more translucency.  For best results, mix equal parts 5NE and 7NE.
