      Yes, FRAMCOLOR Eclectic has pre-blended bases.

      Many of the FRAMCOLOR Eclectic colors have pre-blended bases, making this color line very easy to formulate for new colorists.   There are also pure colors and more vibrant colors available for the more daring colorist.  The beauty of FRAMCOLOR Eclectic is that with only 32 shades available, the possibility of color choices for colorists at all levels are endless.
