      Yes, FRAMCOLOR Eclectic can be processed under heat for resistant gray coverage.

      Yes, for very resistant gray hair, processing with heat is recommended.  Simply cover the hair with a plastic bag and process 20 minutes under a pre-heated dryer.  Remove the bag and cool down for 10 minutes before shampooing.
